An oily substance was leaked out of a truck driving down N. Lapeer Rd. The Oxford Township Fire Department assisted Oakland Township for a hazardous material spill on Pebble Beach. A 23-year-old Lake Orion man was issued a citation for providing deputies with false identification and for contributing to the deliquency of a minor.
